This is a single tier buttercream cake for Carol's family member's who are celebrating birthday's over the Memorial Day weekend!  It's decorated with red, white & blue stars and stripes that are made from modeling chocolate.  Carol's special touch is the blue flower candle on top that plays the birthday song and blossom's open when the candles inside are lit!  AWESOME! c;

A chocolate buttercream cake w/ Reese's p-nut buttercup filling in the form of a barrel of wine for Casie's brother-in-law! c;  The grapes, leaves, corkscrew handle and spicket are fondant and the corkscrew is a swirly piece of pasta sprayed silver w/ edible food spray.  CHEERS!

  

SAM'S WINE BOTTLE CAKE

This is a chocolate cake with chocolate raspberry buttercream covered with fondant wood panels, white chocolate shreds and a wine bottle made from gumpaste with a personalized label on top.  The cheeses and grapes were also fondant.....but, the Ritz were the real deal!
