Alyssa & Erik's Wedding Cakes

This is a 2 tiered cake with a textured buttercream frosting and lot's of summery fondant flowers as requested by the bride.  Their names are on molding chocolate pennants, as well as the wedding date of 8-5-13.  And, Alyssa also wanted to surprise her new hubby with a stacked book cake of his favorite books.  The fondant ring on the side was inscripted with 'alyssaanderikforeverandever...'  CONGRATS YOU TWO! c;

A celebration of "40" Wedding Anniversary's and "60" Birthday's for Barb and Les this year!  WOW!!  A very deserving sweet treat for a sweet couple.....CONGRATULATIONS!  The top tier was red velvet cake with a dark chocolate buttercream filling, the bottom cake was a chocolate cake with vanilla-almond & mini-chocolate chip buttercream filling and then an extra cake of lemon with raspberry buttercream filling rounded out the dessert for the party.  Here's to many many more Barb and Les! This is a 2-tiered white-almond sour cream cake with raspberry buttercream filling for the top tier and vanilla-almond buttercream filling for the bottom tier.  The pearls and swirls were done with royal icing and the light green daisy on top was made from fondant with little pearls in the middle.
