KATIE'S PARIS - N - POODLES CAKE

This is a buttercream cake w/ fondant decorations for my niece's 26th birthday.  She was lucky enough to take her first trip to Europe recently with her family and spent Christmas 2010 in Paris, France......BON APETIT Katie!! ( :
