MEGAN'S NAIL POLISH CAKE

MEGAN's cake is a buttercream covered bright green bottle of "polish".......with a brush handle made from rice krispy treats covered in black fondant and fondant/gumpaste accessories.  Then, mom surprised her with the great idea of doing a rainbow colored cake for the inside........but, she didn't know till she cut in to it!!! (0;  SURPRISE MEG........and HAPPY "10th" BIRTHDAY!
