I was so fortunate to meet a sweet girl and her parents by doing this cake requested thru a non-profit organization called "ICING SMILES".  Their goal is to provide a fun celebration cake to an ill child or their sibling, that provides a temporary escape from worry and creates a positive memory during a difficult time.  Kim LOVES music and playing the piano......and has a smile that is absolutely PRICELESS!
